Block Booking of 7 Udvartana massage (¾ hour)
This is a specialised exfoliating and detoxing therapy performed traditional Kerala style, using ground Ayurvedic herbal powder rubbed vigorously over the body to help reduce subcutaneous fat (impurities), reduce water retention and remove dead skin cells. For a slimming effect, a minimum of seven sessions over seven days is required.
