Having introduced my son and partner I was very keen to have a consultation with Jasmita myself. They were very impressed and I was not disappointed. Following a consultation Jasmita explained what she was going to focus on, the oils she would use, etc. The massage was very stimulating although a few times I did nearly drift off to sleep. She worked on all the problem areas I had mentioned and by the end I felt as if I had had a work out. Unlike some other friends who have booked massages with Jasmita who felt rejuvenated immediately it was more the following few days that I noticed longstanding problems had totally or nearly resolved and was already looking forward to my second, which Jasmita had suggested for a month later. She also discussed what I should focus on regarding lifestyle to improve my energy levels and gave me a lovely tea to try.
